Q: Is there anything I can do to minimize the pain?
A: We recommend taking some ibuprofen 20-30 mins prior to your appointment time.
Q: How long does my hair need to be to achieve the best results?
A: We recommend letting your hair grow to be at least 1/4 inch in length which is about 2-3 weeks after shaving or 4-6 weeks after waxing.
Q: My Brazilian bikini wax is tomorrow but I just got my period. Can I still get waxed?
A: We do still offer waxing to women during that time of the month. To keep things tidy, please arrive freshly showered and bring a new tampon. Also, please note that it may be little more painful a few days before, during and a few days after your menstrual cycle.
Q: What type of wax do you use?
A: We use both hard and soft waxes. Hard wax is our favorite for small or sensitive areas including the face, bikini and underarms. It works great on sensitive skin because it grabs onto the hair, not the skin! We use soft wax for larger areas such as the back, legs and arms. This wax is perfect for getting all types of hair including fine hairs. It is applied thin and removed with a pelon strip.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. After 2 no shows, we will require a credit card to hold your appointment. In the event of another occurence, your card will be charged 50% of the appointment
Q: Do you have a late policy?
A: Yes we do. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will mark you as a no show and you will need to reschedule. For all appointments that last 15 minutes or less, we may need to reschedule if you are later than 5 minutes. We try our best to stay on time for all appointments so in order to do that we must have these policies. We please ask that you respect our time as much as we respect yours so we can remain on schedule for all of our clients.
If you have booked multiple appointments, your appointment start time will be the start time of your first appointment.
